An exclusive and secure La-Z-Boy Spa / Hot Tub shopping cart will include an online retail store where you will find spas / hot tubs, accessories, parts, water care products and merchandising / marketing materials. This exclusive retail site will be regularly up-dated with news and additions to our product offering thus providing our retailers with the most up to date and accurate information. For example, if you should need to submit a claim for the provision of any guarantee service, our online system will provide the latest information; handle all of the relevant details, and allow you to successfully transmit the claim to our office. In addition to the provision of La-Z-Boy-branded consumer brochures and marketing materials, a quarterly monthly consumer focused promotion is offered to help create interest and stimulate consumer sales.

*Up to two times a year, La-Z-Boy Spas / Hot Tubs encourages its dealers to run a factory direct sale where La-Z-Boy traditional dealer pricing will remain in effect. To support this exciting initiative, La-Z-Boy Spas will provide one free of charge spa for every twenty spas ordered within the authorized sale date. For orders of less than twenty items but more than ten, one spa is offered at half price.

La-Z-Boy Spas / Hot Tubs offers its retailers and consumers a simple but effective Consumer Protection Plan that provides the most reassuring spa / hot tub ownership experience available. An all inclusive Guarantee is provided with every spa / hot tub purchase and an easy to understand Guarantee Certificate is issued to the consumer and retailer upon registration of the spa / hot tubs. An AquaSynergy Water Care Kit valued at over $150 is also provided to thank you for registering. The spa / hot tub registration helps us determine the duration of coverage for your consumers and acts as another sales tool to bring spa / hot tub purchasers back into the dealer’s store. AquaSynergy Water Care Kits and Guarantee Certificates are forwarded directly to your customer’s home.

Consumers are able to transfer the remaining coverage of their guarantee for a fee of only $299. This is available once during the lifetime of the spa / hot tub and an in-home installation inspection of the spa / hot tub must be performed to activate the Guarantee Transfer. This process creates yet another revenue stream for our dealers and an opportunity for additional product sales and service contracts.

It has been proven that the ability to display and correctly merchandise a wide selection of showroom spa / hot tub models results in significantly greater sales and profits. Studies have shown that two spas / hot tubs on display will yield approximately two spa / hot tub sales per month. However 12 spas / hot tubs on display can yield over 24 spas / hot tbs per month!
